Once you book the hunt you are agreeing to the fees involved for the number of hunters and days booked. If a hunter does not show for the hunt the fees for his seat will still be collected.
Deposit for hunts and all other fees paid are non-refundable. If a client cancels hunt deposit can be forfeited. If outfitter cancels hunt due to extreme cold, snow storm, or ice the deposit will be transferred to a later date during the season when both parties agree to next available hunt date.
