To book your hunt a deposit is required. The deposit is 50%. Deposit is non-refundable. When you book your hunt you will be asked how many hunters are in your party. The number of hunters you book is the number of hunters charged for hunting regardless if that hunter is a no-show. So if you book 8 hunters and only 5 show up you are responsible for paying the other 3 spots if they don’t show. If for some reason your party changes you must immediately inform us to make a change within 2 weeks of official booking. No exceptions this is standard in the industry. Our expenses are great from equipment, leases, scouting, and paying our employees. We suggest the leader of the group to collect all hunter fees before arriving for final payment due at the conclusion of your hunt. Once you book the hunt you are agreeing to the fees involved for the number of hunters and days booked. Deposits toward hunts and all other fees paid are non-refundable. If a client refuses to reschedule or cancels hunt the deposit is forfeited. Thompson Outfitters reserves the right to cancel hunts due to dangerous conditions, acts of god, extreme cold, snow ice storm. If Thompson Outfitters has to cancel hunt due to these circumstances the deposit will be transferred to a later date during the season when both parties agree to next available hunt date.
